High Stability Canola Oil
High stability oil is a premium cooking oil made from a blend of canola and other high-oleic oils. It is specially designed to have a longer shelf life and higher smoke point than other cooking oils, which makes it ideal for high-heat cooking methods and industrial applications. It is also low in saturated fat and high in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and a rich source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
